I fish behind a business building pond and see range golf balls (where there is no range golf course there, just a regular course) probably 70 yards away from the course. Do people ever get pissed for hooking a shot into the woods/water and carry range golf balls and launch them into the woods. I never see top brand golf balls at the pond, just range balls. or is it something else?

I know the course where I play some golfer use range balls when they are trying to get over a creek. They don’t want to use a good ball and lose it. To me, if you are that cheap, you should give up the game.
